Basic Package Terms & Conditions

° 4 page web design is valid for only 4 pages, any additional pages will be charged at standard price

°1 month web hosting is only valid for 1 month, any additional months will be charged at standard price

°Domain name management is for only 1 month, any additional support will be charged at standard price.

° Domain name regestration is for only 1 domain name, any additional names will be charged at standard price.

° 1 month free support, all calls or emails will be answered as fast as we can, but we have a maximum response time of 6 hours.

Premium Package Terms & Conditions

° 6 page web design is valid for only 6 pages, any additional pages will be charged at standard price

°3 month web hosting is only valid for 3 months, any additional months will be charged at standard price

°Domain name management is for only 1 month, any additional support will be charged at standard price.

° Domain name regestration is for only 1 domain name, any additional names will be charged at standard price.

° 1 month free support, all calls or emails will be answered as fast as we can, but we have a maximum response time of 6 hours.

°Maximum of 4 changes in 1 month for page ammendments.

Deluxe Package Terms & Conditions

° Unlimited web design is valid for only 50 pages, any additional pages will be charged at standard price

°1 year web hosting is only valid for 1 year, any additional months will be charged at standard price

°Domain name management is for only 1 month, any additional support will be charged at standard price.

° Domain name regestration is for only 1 domain name, any additional names will be charged at standard price.

° 1 year free support, all calls or emails will be answered as fast as we can, but we have a maximum response time of 6 hours.

°Maximum of 12 changes in 1 month for page ammendments.

°Unlimited emails will be charged normal price after 100 email accounts are reached.

°Wesite customisation will be offered for a maximum of 3 finalised websites, one of which will need to be chosen, any addittional finialised website will be charged at standard price

°The Deluxe Package will require a 20% deposit of the total price, which will be deducted from the final price.

All other Terms and Conditions

°All support calls or emails have a maximum response time of 6 hours

°Website information must be correct and complete, as well as the domain name being available, in order for us to have your website on the Internet within 48 hours, an additional £50 will be required for this service, option may not be available at busy times

°£10 fee added for 48hr express order for updating 1 webpage

°£30 fee added for 48hr express order for updating website

°Websites may be removed from the Internet, if payment is not made on completion of the website, they will remain that way until payment is complete.
